Sport presenter, entrepreneur, and “the motivated woman’s toasted crumpet”, (according to Spiffing Magazine) Jake Humphrey admits to being so high performance that he regularly interviews himself. “It’s usually his best work”, claims a producer, who wishes to remain anonymous for tax reasons. “Jake records everything he says during the day, and night too. Sometimes his comes into the office with several hard drives of audio and it’s up to us - the ‘chosen ones’ - to rifle through it all and pick out the best bits. This isn’t for broadcast, you understand. It’s for our moral. At least that what Jake tells us.” PodFUC understands that several specials could be released later this year, including ‘Jake debunking Einstein’ and ‘Water, is it really all that?’

Peter Andre is to start his very own podcast. The series, titled ‘Where Art Tho, Mysterious Girl?’ will focus on the woman the original song was about. A source close to his manager said, “it was love at first sight for Peter back in the day. As I recall, he saw her serving customers in a Barnsley branch of Greggs and from then on, he was smitten.” The series - which comes in 36 parts (the six-six pack), will investigate what happened to the “mysterious” girl, which if rumours are to be believed, ended up MP for Hexham and is on her fourth husband. TNPNN has seen the artwork for the podcast which sees Andre, topless, underneath a hosepipe in an industrial estate.

Professional podcasters are more likely to use BetterHelp - a major podcast sponsor and therapy marketplace - than any other demographic, an extensive survey has revealed. An insider at the American tech company explained, “we focus on professional podcasters, specifically ones looking for new show ideas. They’re a wreck. Most celebrities now have podcasts and as for unsolved murders, that well seems to be dry.” In unrelated news, author Caitlin Moran and “leading” garden designer Adam Frost have a new show coming out called ‘Outsiding” where they discuss what it’s like being… outside.
